This position is remote-based with an emphasis on outpatient services, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and fellow therapists, all dedicated to sharing insights and fostering a strong network of support for each client. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds of each client.
• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and effective.
• Continuously monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed, utilizing both qualitative feedback and quantitative assessments.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatments, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care to every client.
• Stay informed of current trends in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and competencies.

• Follow all ethical guidelines as prescribed by relevant licensing boards including LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW standards.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring culturally sensitive and individualized care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective treatment planning.
• Capable of demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop rapport with clients.
