• Evaluate and diagnose clients through comprehensive intake assessments to determine their mental health needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring optimal engagement and effectiveness in treatment.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaboratively engage with clients to promote their mental well-being, strategizing together to achieve personal goals.
• Utilize virtual platforms and tools for therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Participate in professional development opportunities offered to enhance skills and knowledge.

Radiant Life Counseling Center serves a diverse client population, which includes adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. As a therapist in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from varied backgrounds, tailoring your counseling techniques to meet their individual needs and preferences. Your role will directly impact their mental health outcomes by providing empathetic support and professional guidance.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and clean state license in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) that allows for the provision of unsupervised therapy services.
• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional writing skills to ensure thorough documentation of all therapeutic interactions.

• Experience in implementing and adapting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices within your therapeutic approach.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and best practices for conducting remote therapy sessions.
• A background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally-responsive counseling techniques.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a range of attractive benefits:
