This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide critical assistance to clients from the comfort of your own home. Using our comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) system, you'll maintain scheduled appointments and document patient interactions seamlessly and efficiently. • Conduct therapeutic interviews with individuals, families, and groups to provide relevant psychosocial assessments.
• Design, implement, and evaluate psychosocial programs tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
• Serve as a liaison, educating both medical professionals and laypersons about psychosocial needs and available community resources.
• Deliver counseling services pre-and post-pregnancy, aligning with developmental guidance.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and measurement scales for effective patient assessments and outcomes evaluation.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and short-term counseling as situations arise, ensuring immediate support to those in distress.
• Encourage and coordinate interdepartmental collaboration with health educators and community health providers to enhance client service delivery.
• Prepare and present informative health-related educational sessions for various demographics in both clinical and community settings.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client cases, treatment plans, and progress reports to meet regulatory and agency standards.
• Continue professional development through in-service presentations and training opportunities.
• Execute all additional functions as assigned, contributing to the evolving needs of our client population.

Our clients encompass a wide spectrum, ranging from adolescents struggling with mood disorders to adults facing the complexities of life transitions, addiction recovery, and mental health crises. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will address not only psychological aspects but also the sociocultural factors influencing mental health, aiming to provide comprehensive and compassionate support to those in need.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients swiftly.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in EHR systems and electronic record-keeping.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Previous experience in a mental health or counseling setting, particularly related to outpatient care.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and the cultural competence to manage varying psychosocial dynamics.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
