• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify individual client needs and determine suitable treatment methods.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and gather case histories to inform treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide ongoing supportive counseling to an assigned caseload, adapting approaches to cater to each client's diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential case records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly review and document client progress, making recommendations for treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in case consults with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and ensure comprehensive support.
• Monitor and document each interaction meticulously to uphold continuity of care.
• Promote a culture of confidentiality and respect towards all clients and their information.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, addressing a range of mental health issues, particularly mood disorders. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress, requiring a skilled counselor to guide them through their therapeutic journey. Your expertise will be critical in delivering personalized care that leads to effective treatment outcomes and enhances the quality of life for our clients.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensing in one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated success in treatment delivery.

• Strong background in evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT and DBT, with a focus on mood disorders.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and collaborative practices involving psychiatrists or medical professionals.
• Effective communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting treatment methodologies as necessary to achieve success.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
