This is a remote position which allows therapists to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of their homes. • Engage with clients through secure video sessions, providing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions on emotions and life experiences, helping clients gain insight into themselves and their relationships.
• Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying personal goals and outlining actionable steps to achieve them.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise.

Our clients primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity needs, carefully screened for suitability in therapy. This allows therapists the opportunity to focus on clients who are motivated and open to working through their challenges, resulting in fulfilling therapeutic relationships and impactful progress.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Proficiency in making professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and supportive demeanor toward clients.
• Strong computer literacy skills, capable of navigating digital platforms for client management.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapeutic counseling services in individual or family contexts.
• Experience working within online counseling platforms and familiarity with telehealth best practices is preferred.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
