As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams during case consultations, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engaging in regular peer review meetings to evaluate treatment effectiveness and continuously improve service delivery.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrable proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
