Job description

Your Role

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team and lead the onboarding and continued education for our highest-tiered elite customers. You'll use your advanced product knowledge to provide extra value to these organizations, ensuring the implementation of our products is a seamless and successful process. You'll be focused on our key professional customers across our North American hockey and volleyball markets in our College & Professional business unit, acting as a subject matter expert who will help to level up users via Hudl Academies.ย

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll:

  • Be a strong communicator. You'll constantly push for alignment between our Sales team and customers on both short- and long-term goals.
  • Train customers. You'll take the initiative to understand a customer's unique workflows and ensure they're set up for success with our products.
  • Be the voice of the customer. You'll deeply understand the needs of our elite customers, providing direct feedback to our product teams to help us exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate across disciplines. You'll work closely with Support, Sales and Education to surface customer insights and execute our global training strategy.
Location

This role requires three days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Lincoln. If you are not already based near our HQ, we'll require you to relocate.

Must-Haves
  • Sportscode experience. You understand the ins and outs of this software, making it easy to train our customers and help them get the most out of their subscriptions.
  • Adaptable. You're able to pivot and adjust as our strategies evolve, and you're always willing to learn new products, sports and workflows.
  • A problem-solver. You have a unique knowledge of both software and hardware, allowing you to navigate complex camera and network installations with an eye for detail.
  • An effective trainer. You can break down complex concepts into simple, digestible steps while adapting your style to keep sessions interactive and impactful.
  • Team-focused. You're willing to do whatever it takes to see your team succeed, whether that's assisting with front-line volume or helping with department initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel. You're happy to hit the road and visit customers on a monthly basis.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Customer-facing experience. You've spent time working closely with customers in a professional setting, specifically in training or education roles.
  • Global experience. You've worked within a distributed team and feel comfortable collaborating with people located all over the world.
Our Role
  • Champion work-life harmony. We'll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you'll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.ย
  • Encourage career growth. We're lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you're at the office or working remotely, we'll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees' wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you'll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that's free money. We'll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
