Devoted Hands’ Family Counseling Center is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor. As a pivotal member of our virtual team, you will play a significant role in delivering high-quality mental health services to a diverse client base from the comfort of their homes. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while actively participating in our community health clinic's initiatives. Our supportive tech-driven platform enables seamless communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. You will leverage modern tools and software to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and maintain comprehensive records, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and each client’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse counseling approaches tailored to client requirements.
• Monitor and document clients’ ongoing progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcome measures.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, enhancing care through multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all practices maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

You will be working with a wide range of clients who experience various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as a therapist, you will be expected to approach each individual with cultural sensitivity and awareness. Understanding these varied perspectives is critical in building rapport and fostering successful therapeutic partnerships.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in Florida as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services to a variety of clients.
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members alike.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment is preferred.

Experience in a community health setting would be beneficial, particularly in roles that require engaging with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Knowledge of telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems can enhance your effectiveness in this remote role. Any additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities will be considered a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
