Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while actively participating in our community health clinic's initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clientsโ€™ mental health needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse counseling approaches tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor and document clientsโ€™ ongoing progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcome measures.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, enhancing care through multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Adhere rigorously to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all practices maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a wide range of clients who experience various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as a therapist, you will be expected to approach each individual with cultural sensitivity and awareness. Understanding these varied perspectives is critical in building rapport and fostering successful therapeutic partnerships.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active licensure in Florida as a mental health therapist, such as:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services to a variety of clients.
