  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback, enhancement requests, and implementation trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and internal workflows.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and partner with Account Management and Sales teams as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate implementation documentation, notes, and status updates within CRM and internal systems.
  • Occasionally support on-site implementations as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools to work more efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer service whenever a personal touch is needed.
  • Deliver end-user training and build client-facing enablement materials to drive confident, self-sufficient product adoption.
  • Manage client data migration and configuration, ensuring sensitive employee information is handled accurately and securely throughout onboarding.
  • Own and report on key implementation success metrics, such as time-to-go-live, on-time launch rate, time-to-value, and customer adoption and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in an implementation, onboarding, or CSM role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience supporting complex implementations, ideally in the Enterprise space
