The Opportunity
The Training & Implementation Lead will play a critical role in rolling out OrthoFi products and services to orthodontic practices nationwide. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, aligning key stakeholders, following structured project plans, and ensuring a smooth transition for our clients. Typical implementations include several weeks of remote system training and setup, a few days of onsite training and coaching, and post-implementation support in collaboration with the Adoption and Account Management teams.
This is a temporary position through December 31, 2026, with the potential for continued opportunities based on business needs and performance.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead implementation and training efforts for orthodontic practices, ensuring successful adoption of OrthoFi solutions.
  • Align with key stakeholders to manage scheduling, project timelines, and training needs.
  • Conduct remote and onsite training sessions, providing hands-on support to orthodontic staff during system setup and go-live phases.
  • Support post-implementation efforts, including hosting office hours, facilitating new staff training, and addressing ongoing training needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective client handoffs.

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
  • A strong desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • 2-4 years of client-facing training experience in software/service/processes strongly desired
  • Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus-experience with OrthoFi is even better!
  • Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and poise. Plus, you like to do this!
  • Aptitude for building rapport and trust among others quickly, and others love to work with you
  • Results Oriented, demonstrating creative problem solving and innovative thinking
  • Professional / Adaptable communication skills to effectively interact in person, by phone or email
  • Excellent work planning and analytical skills is a must; ability to prioritize based on business need
  • You have a demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a team and assist others
  • Willingness to travel ~75% of the time in normal seasons (2-3 day, 3 weeks / month)
  • Experience with instructional design is nice to have

Compensation: $70,000K - $75,000K/annually
