As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

    • Lead and execute multiple complex implementation projects, includinglarge-scaleprojects. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful outcomes. 
    • Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, and customer training. 
    • Oversee the implementation of advanced system configurations and technical integrations. 
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders. 
    • Conduct high-levelcustomer satisfaction, ensuring users are proficient in system functionality. 
    • Communicate effectively across internal departments and external third-party vendors to drive project success. 
    • Identifyand mitigate risks that couldimpactproject success, conducting Root CauseAnalysisand documenting lessons learned. 
    • Handle escalations independently, resolving complexissuesand making real-time project decisions. 
    • Maintainaccurateproject documentation, including customer records, task statuses, and progress reports. 
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and industryexpertiseto support customer needs effectively. 
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices tooptimizeimplementation efficiency. 
    • Provides support inpeopledevelopment. 

Requirements

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Bachelor'sdegree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, ora relatedfield (preferred). 
  • Excellentcommunication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on complex orlarge-scaleprojects. 
  • Software life cycle knowledge 
  • Aptitude to quickly become a TCP systems expert. 
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach toidentifyingand resolving challenges. 
  • Experience inmanaging multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in system integrations, database structures, and technical troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with accounting, payroll, or workforce management systems (preferred). 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, cloud-based software solutions (SaaS), and networking a plus. 
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
