As the Head of Sales within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based remotely.
Linga is seeking a results-driven, strategic Head of Sales to lead revenue growth across our Point of Sale (POS) and Payments solutions. This executive role will own the full sales function, including direct sales, indirect channels (dealers, ISOs, and white-label partners), and expansion of the existing customer base.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head of Sales will be responsible for building and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy that drives new customer acquisition, increases partner productivity, and maximizes lifetime value through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership
Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across POS and integrated payments.
Establish predictable pipeline generation and forecasting processes.
Direct Sales Management
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing direct sales team.
Drive performance through disciplined pipeline management, KPIs, and consistent sales methodology.
Partner with marketing to optimize demand generation and conversion.
Channel & Partner Sales
Build and expand Linga's indirect sales ecosystem, including:
oIndependent Sales Organizations (ISOs)
oDealer networks
oWhite-label partners
Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks.
Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing productivity.
Payments Growth & Monetization
Drive attachment rates and revenue growth for payments solutions across all channels.
Partner with product and operations to ensure competitive pricing, margin optimization, and seamless onboarding.
Customer Expansion (Upsell & Cross-Sell)
Develop programs to maximize existing customer revenue, including:
oFeature upgrades
oPayment conversions
oAdd-on services
Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to increase retention and ARPU.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and improve customer experience.
Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and pricing strategies.
Analytics & Performance Management
Establish and monitor sales KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance across all channels.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility for executive leadership.
Required Experience
6+ years of sales leadership experience in POS, payments, SaaS, or fintech.
Proven success managing both direct and indirect (channel/ISO/dealer) sales models.
Strong track record of driving high-growth revenue environments.
Experience scaling a sales organization and building repeatable processes.
Preferred Experience
Deep understanding of merchant services, payment processing, and POS ecosystems SMB merchants.
Experience with white-label partnerships and referral-based sales models.
Background in hospitality, restaurant, or retail technology is highly desirable.
