• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building trust and fostering a positive therapeutic relationship to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Conduct thorough intake evaluations, assessing client history, and presenting issues to inform the creation of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions focused on addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and client-centered treatment methodologies to implement therapy interventions conducive to growth and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing supervision sessions for professional development, receiving mentorship and feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to deliver integrated care.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health and available services.

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing mental health challenges such as substance misuse, depression, anxiety, and complex emotional issues. You will work with a diverse client demographic within the McAllen community, ensuring sensitive and informed care tailored to meet their unique needs. Your role is vital in empowering clients to express themselves, navigate their emotional landscapes, and set achievable recovery goals.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, where you demonstrated the ability to conduct assessments and therapy independently.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are essential for effective engagement and treatment of clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our payment structure operates on a fee-for-service model ensuring timely remuneration before collection.
