Position Summary

This position performs requirements gathering as well as quality assurance testing.  This is including but not limited to detailed requirements analysis prior to development cycles, documented processes, and testing within our QA/Production environment. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to record and explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.   

Responsibilities 

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and implementing solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Develop  user stories based on business process
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Creating and maintained automated testing scripts
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, documenting, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

·         Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

·         Must demonstrate professional behaviors at all times.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Knowledge, Education & Skills

·         0-3 years experience in business analytics or related field.  Requires excellent documentation skills, advanced technical skills, and fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Must demonstrate ability to deliver successful results within a project timeline.
