Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing clinicians to work from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Our practice is open Monday through Saturday, offering flexibility to adjust work hours according to individual schedules. Beautiful Minds Counseling Center also provides in-house credentialing and manages insurance participation and scheduling, enabling therapists to focus on client care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to address the specific needs of each client.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans through evidenced-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), setting measurable goals and objectives for progress.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure the holistic care of patients through collaborative treatment planning.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment interventions, meeting ethical and departmental standards for documentation.
  • Provide case management services that include consultation and collaboration with community resources, such as support groups and local agencies, for a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Beautiful Minds Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population with varying mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications
