Senior Implementations Consultant

Location: Miami, FL area — Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office)

This role is open to candidates who live in the Miami, FL area and can work from our Miami office 2–3 days per week. This is a hybrid position; it is not available as a fully remote role.

We are seeking a Senior Implementations Consultant to lead and enhance the customer onboarding experience for Vic.ai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable implementation strategies, ensuring that our enterprise customers achieve successful Go-Live readiness. You will play a crucial role in refining and expanding our implementation services, guiding customers through a seamless transition onto the Vic.ai platform.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and optimize implementation frameworks: Build scalable processes, templates, and best practices for enterprise-level Vic.ai implementations.

  • Own the customer journey: Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from deal close to full customer adoption.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with integrations, product, sales engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live experiences.

  • Drive execution of go-live projects, including:

    • Project planning and execution

    • Resource allocation and management

    • Communication and risk mitigation strategies

    • Performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Champion customer success: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive adoption and satisfaction.

  • Ensure change management best practices: Guide customers through transitions and align expectations with deliverables.

  • Monitor and resolve project risks: Identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions.

  • Standardize best practices: Partner with Operations to develop implementation standards and support partner-led implementation models.

What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software implementations, preferably in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • Strong track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and project execution.

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner.
