Job duties are as follows: medical records request and follow through, draft discovery and pleadings, request basic automobile accident documents (SLED Report, Driver's Record, Insurance Verification), and other actions necessary to litigate personal injury cases.

Company Description

I have been practicing law since 1995. I recently started my own firm. I am a 1 man law firm looking for a part time paralegal to assist in the litigation of personal injury cases. The website has not been constructed, but I was formerly with Aun and McKay; however, I decided to restrict my practice to personal injury and no longer practice real estate or domestic relations.
