Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored individual therapy using evidence-based techniques, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure each client's unique needs are met.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that virtual sessions are productive, supportive, and accessible for those with mobility or transportation challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work is required.
