Our licensed child placement agency is seeking Registered Nurses interested in becoming therapeutic foster parents for children with primary medical needs.
Many children in foster care require stable homes with caregivers who can confidently support medical routines, medication management, developmental needs, and ongoing healthcare coordination. Nurses provide the clinical knowledge, advocacy, and compassionate care these children urgently need.

Ideal Candidates
- Active RN or LVP/LPN license preferred
- 21+ years old
- Stable home environment
- Ability to complete background checks and home study requirements
- Experience with pediatric, home health, NICU, critical care, or special needs care is a plus
This is not traditional employment. Foster parents are licensed caregivers who receive reimbursement and agency support while providing care for children in foster care.
