  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with NCLEX-RN test plan and common challenges such as pharmacology dosage calculations, prioritization and delegation questions, and Next Generation NCLEX case study formats. Adapts instruction using UWorld, Kaplan, or ATI practice question banks, content review materials, and test-taking strategy workshops to support BSN and ADN graduates preparing for registered nurse licensure.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
