JOB BDESCRIPTION

The Marketing Operations team serves multiple functions within KeyBank's Marketing Department to support the successful execution of marketing programs across lines of business and client segments. The Senior Workfront System Administrator - Marketing Operations is an individual contributor role responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform, with an expanded focus on workflow automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the speed and quality of marketing operations delivery.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Administer Workfront at the system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms.
  • Train users as Workfront access is provisioned, develop training resources (e.g., user guides and guided walkthroughs), and troubleshoot platform issues as they arise.
  • Design, build, and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated workflows within Workfront to streamline intake, improve routing efficiency, reduce manual handoffs, and accelerate time-to-market for marketing programs.
  • Design and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to support automation and API integrations.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within Workfront.
  • Partner with project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations, using automation to proactively surface at-risk timelines and bottlenecks before they escalate.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by actively identifying manual, repetitive processes that can be automated and leading or contributing to the implementation of those improvements.
  • Deliver measurable efficiency gains through automation and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, using shared platforms and workflow tools to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout project execution.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders, translating technical automation and AI concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a related field.
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification preferred.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Experience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensure content aligns with business objectives and is within brand and compliance standards.
  • Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
