Job Summary

We are seeking a RPA Business Analyst & Scrum Masteron behalf of our client to lead and optimize their robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives while ensuring efficient Agile practices. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, oversee RPA requirements, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for seamless project delivery. This is a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation, enhance process efficiency, and champion Agile methodologies in a forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. RPA Business Analysis
    • Conduct comprehensive process assessments for our client to identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
    • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop RPA solution roadmaps and prioritize features based on ROI and feasibility.
    • Work closely with RPA developers to clarify requirements, validate solution designs, and support implementation.
    • Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to discover additional optimization opportunities.
  2. Scrum Master
    • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
    • Coach team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Remove impediments and safeguard the team from external interruptions, ensuring smooth sprint execution.
    • Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key Agile metrics to client stakeholders.
    • Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with client partners.
  3. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
    • Align project timelines and deliverables with the client's strategic objectives, coordinating resources and setting realistic expectations.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and other relevant parties.
    • Manage cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project goals.
    • Champion a user-focused approach, continuously seeking feedback to enhance product value and user satisfaction.
  4. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
    • Stay updated with emerging RPA tools, Agile methodologies, and industry trends.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for both automation workflows and Scrum frameworks.
    • Advocate for scalability, security, and performance standards in all RPA deployments.
    • Share knowledge and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, proactive environment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • RPA Expertise:
    • 3+ years of experience in RPA solution analysis, implementation, or consulting.
    • Familiarity with leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Scrum Mastery:
    • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably with certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
    • Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and sprint management.
  • Business Analysis Proficiency:
    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and use case documentation.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
    • Comfortable with software development concepts, APIs, and systems integrations.
    • Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools to measure process efficiency and ROI.
  • Soft Skills & Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
    • Proven problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering results on time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree:
    Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Additional Certifications:
    • Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe)
    • RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional)
  • Industry Experience:
    Experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing, where large-scale RPA initiatives are common.
  • Technical Stack Knowledge:
    Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
