Regional Financial Analyst

Remote – Indianapolis, IN

Here at Pain Management Group, we’re searching for a full-time Regional Financial Analyst to join our team remotely! In this role, you will be responsible for the management of financial reports and analyses of PMG partner hospitals. This position serves as the financial representative for their assigned hospital partnerships, working alongside the hospital partner finance team to oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of the pain management service line financials. Along with the financial reporting responsibilities, this position will be involved in financial analyses for PMG's corporate financials, PMG’s providers, and other ad hoc requests.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Remote work
  • Limited travel: May be asked to travel once per quarter to visit a partner site, and at least twice a year for corporate meetings.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of public accounting experience, preferred
  • CPA preferred, but not required 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to compile large amounts of data into relevant reports to support business decision making
  • Ability to independently operate at a high level without direct oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to read and follow instructions in English

Typical day in the life as a Regional Financial Analyst:

  • Assists in completing financial analyses for PMG corporate, PMG Physician Corporation, and PMG’s Joint Venture and Management Agreement partnerships including monthly & quarterly analysis, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Facilitates quarterly center reporting process for PMG including payor mix analysis, document submission, and coordination of board reporting process.
  • Supports hospital and physician coding, billing, and revenue cycle accounting.
  • Manages multiple centers daily by assisting with financials, track reporting, and facilitating quarterly calls. 
  • Compile reports using professional billing data to support executive decision making
  • Assists with additional projects as requested to learn and grow within PMG. Opportunities may include contract management, legal filing, planning & forecasting, receivable and payables.
