Challenges may include staying ahead of evolving security threats, ensuring compliance with various standards, and resolving access issues quickly to minimize disruptions. Effective communication with other IT teams and end users, regular training on new security policies, and ongoing professional development can help address these challenges. These competencies ensure secure, efficient management of user identities and access in remote work environments, protecting organizational data and compliance.
