Now Hiring: HVAC & Refrigeration Installation Technician


Location: Okaloosa, Walton, or Bay County, FL

Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Installation Technician to join our team. Were looking for a skilled, dedicated professional to support our growing commercial installation operations across the Northwest Florida region.


About the Role:
As an Installation Technician, you will assist with:

  • Equipment installation (HVAC and refrigeration systems)
  • Piping installation
  • Electrical wiring and control connections
  • System start-up and commissioning
  • Performing warranty and follow-up service work


Requirements:

  • Experience required in HVAC and refrigeration installations
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, piping, and electrical installation practices
  • Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Tools of the trade
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Okaloosa, Walton, or Bay County, FL area
