• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals for progress.
• Facilitate various forms of therapy, including individual and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique circumstances of clients.
• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
