The Human Resources Department is seeking a forward-thinking Administrative Specialist III to join our Human Resources Business Systems Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys looking beyond today's tasks to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and leverage technology to better serve employees and departments across the City. Working collaboratively with Human Resources and Information Technology, you'll support HR systems, administrative operations, and business processes while contributing ideas that help modernize and enhance how Human Resources delivers service.

Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED diploma and a minimum of five years' experience in general office work and customer service experience required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. Must have solid computer skills/proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and good basic mathematical skills. Excellent communication and business writing skills are required. Valid driver's license required.
