This role operates primarily in a remote setting, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still engaging with our clients in our outpatient office. • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs, preferences, and goals, promoting a client-centered approach.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions during individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support to clients experiencing acute distress or risk of harm.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in case consultation and collaboration with a diverse team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in regular professional development workshops and supervision sessions to elevate your clinical expertise.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights while fostering a respectful, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment.

Our client population encompasses individuals from varied backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in the state of Florida as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic methodologies, with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• A genuine passion for mental health advocacy, displaying empathy and compassion in all client interactions.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
