Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to inform treatment planning.
• Evaluate clients' unique needs, issues, and aspirations to develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, adapting your therapeutic style to suit each client.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, utilizing techniques to enhance communication, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and strengthen relational dynamics.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring continued effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, adhering to documentation standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team and external healthcare providers to deliver holistic and integrated care.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support to clients in distress.
• Stay informed about current best practices, advancements in therapeutic techniques, and emerging research relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training and workshops, to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including both children and adults, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
