We are seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join the Insightful Life Psychiatry Clinic, a forward-thinking outpatient counseling center located in Chandler, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to inform treatment planning.
  • Evaluate clients' unique needs, issues, and aspirations to develop personalized treatment strategies.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, adapting your therapeutic style to suit each client.
  • Facilitate couples therapy sessions, utilizing techniques to enhance communication, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and strengthen relational dynamics.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring continued effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, adhering to documentation standards and compliance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
