About Our Client

Our client is an established and growing financial services organization headquartered in Fort Worth, TX with more than 3,500 employees nationwide. For decades, they have been committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while investing heavily in digital transformation, user experience, and enterprise technology initiatives. Our client is seeking a Senior UX Researcher & Designer to partner directly with the Director of User Experience in driving enterprise-wide customer experience initiatives. This role combines quantitative UX research, UX strategy, research operations, and service design to influence product direction and business decisions through meaningful customer insights.

This is not a traditional UX research role focused solely on usability testing. Instead, you'll serve as a strategic research partner responsible for owning quantitative research initiatives while helping establish scalable research processes, governance, and operational excellence across the UX organization.

The ideal candidate will be considered a power user within Qualtrics, leading end-to-end research efforts while supporting future integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end quantitative UX research projects from planning through final recommendations.
  • Design, build, administer, and analyze complex surveys using Qualtrics.
  • Create dashboards, analytical reports, and executive-ready presentations that translate customer insights into business recommendations.
  • Manage Qualtrics participant directories, research assets, and survey infrastructure.
  • Partner with UX leadership to establish standardized research methodologies, governance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, and Business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support project intake processes, research operations, and service strategy initiatives.
  • Document research findings through journey maps, whiteboards, interview notes, process documentation, and design artifacts.
  • Help prepare the organization for future CRM integration initiatives, including Salesforce.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives around UX research operations and organizational processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors, User Experience, Design, Marketing Research, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of UX Research experience with significant ownership of quantitative research initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise with Qualtrics, including:
    • Survey development
    • Dashboard creation
    • Reporting & analytics
    • Directory management
    • Participant management
  • Experience leading end-to-end quantitative research projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research into actionable product and business recommendations.
  • Experience developing UX research processes, governance, and operational standards.
  • Strong documentation skills, including research synthesis, journey mapping, design documentation, and whiteboarding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services or FinTech experience.
  • Digital banking or other regulated industry experience.
  • Enterprise UX Research or Research Operations (ResearchOps) experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Qualtrics implementations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM integrations.
  • Service Design experience.
  • Customer Journey Mapping.
  • Design Thinking facilitation.
  • Agile software development experience.
  • E-commerce or digital customer experience background.

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000–$130,000
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule
  • Strong executive support and visibility within a growing UX organization
  • Opportunity to influence enterprise-wide customer experience strategy

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Monday and Friday. Leadership promotes a flexible work environment that supports work-life balance while encouraging collaboration and innovation.

Hiring Process

  • Initial virtual interview with UX leadership
  • Second virtual interview with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Final onsite panel interview with UX leadership and senior business leaders

If you're passionate about quantitative UX research, customer insights, and helping shape enterprise digital experiences through data-driven decision making, we'd love to hear from you.
