Job Overview: The role of the HR Admin Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with day- to- day HR operations. This role helps ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent internal customer service.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Share relevant new hire details with the necessary departments
• Communicate details regarding general information about the company and position including: work schedules, dress code, parking options, etc.
• Redirect specific HR questions regarding benefits and/or salary to the appropriate parties, and handles general inquiries
• Maintain, update, and upload company shared documents related to employees and HR files for tracking
• Monitor equipment and track returns from past employees
• Assist with follow up on performance metrics
• Assist with new employee HR orientation training
• Track referral bonuses/incentive programs
• Complete all required paperwork and track all access suspensions and reactivations for new hires
• Create and suspend access to platforms or softwares as needed
• Keep HR files up to date as updates and changes come in
• Assist with exit interviews for separating employees as needed
• Update directory weekly including reassignments
• Create and provide department reports, especially recurring ones
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies, procedures, and the industry standards
• Participate in mandatory meetings and other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
Requirements
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to infuse positivity into the workforce
• Must have strong Microsoft office skills, especially excel and outlook
• An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • This position is remote, but requires the employee to reside within the Tri- State Area
  • Experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Administrative support, or a related field
  • General Office experience
