As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, aiming to improve their mental well-being.

• Acting as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining and working towards their personal and therapeutic goals.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent state-issued license, specifically a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to empathize with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are desirable:

• Experience working with diverse client populations to ensure sensitivity to varying backgrounds and mental health needs.
