Job description

Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Recognized as a 2026 Best Places to Work by the Hartford Business Journal, our firm is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to professional development. Partial remote work will be considered.

Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
