Salary: $55 - $65 per hour

  • 10+ years of professional exempt-level HR experience

  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Client-focused, a desire to partner with entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders
  • Experience working with start-ups or small businesses
  • Strong organizational, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfort performing tactical to strategic HR
  • Ability to travel as needed in your local area
  • Ability and desire to network and implement strong relationships within the community is a plus
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred

More information on "remote" classification of our positions. All Consulting positions with FIT HR will be a combination of working remotely from your home and approximately 20-25% of your time working onsite at your clients' location. This balance of remote / onsite will vary by client assignment.
