Position Summary
Responsible for the maintenance of mouse colony, participate in planning experimental designs carrying out the experimental procedures; performing animal experiments using mouse models of HIV/AIDS and data analysis, Work under general supervision to: perform in vitro cell culture experiments, including experiments using HIV-infected cells; perform analysis of animals tissues, human archival tissues, and samples from in vitro experiments using routine cellular, molecular biology, and protein chemistry procedures. These routine lab procedures include microscopy, histology, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western blot, quantitative PCR, molecular cloning, siRNA.
