• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based approaches.
• Regularly meet with clients to provide counseling, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of clients’ progress, making timely referrals to additional specialists when needed for a more holistic approach.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights, enhancing the collaborative nature of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client management systems, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organizational goals.

You will serve a diverse population of clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Our clients include individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, and we are committed to providing culturally competent care that recognizes and respects their unique experiences and perspectives.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to motivate and empower clients through therapeutic interventions.

• Previous experience in addiction counseling and familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience working in a community health setting.
• Proficiency in digital health care tools and platforms.
