This role is designed to be fully remote, providing LMFTs with the flexibility to create a tailored work-life balance while delivering essential therapy services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and mental well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify areas for growth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs, goals, and the therapeutic modalities best suited for their circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions across a wide age range, effectively managing diverse mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
• Provide couples therapy to enhance communication and conflict resolution skills, fostering healthier relationships and emotional intimacy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress through detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and timely assessments to ensure continuity of care.
• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams and external healthcare professionals to advocate for holistic client care.
• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, employing crisis intervention techniques to stabilize acute mental health concerns.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest research, techniques, and ethical guidelines in marriage and family therapy.
• Advocate for client welfare, empowering clients to take an active role in their treatment decisions and providing community resources as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, adhering to legal and ethical standards governing therapeutic practice.

Our therapy services cater to a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families. Therapists will engage with clients from various backgrounds, addressing a comprehensive array of challenges such as relationship issues, life transitions, mental health disorders, and emotional disturbances. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey is essential.
• Strong clinical skills demonstrated through at least two years of experience in individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Effective communication and documentation capabilities, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• A demonstrated history of successfully working with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms, showcasing adaptability to remote engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with integrating evidence-based practices and cultural competence in therapy.
