• Build a positive and trusting rapport with clients, fostering an open environment for sharing sensitive information.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and develop targeted treatment plans for individuals and families based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients address and overcome mental health disorders.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients, including referrals to specialists when appropriate, facilitating a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in regular case conference meetings with fellow practitioners to discuss treatment strategies and gain diverse perspectives on client cases.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. • Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse as well as co-occurring disorders.
• Previous experience working in a therapeutic environment or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Strong therapeutic relationship building and counseling skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate clients towards positive change.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
