Position Overview

The Insightful Life Psychiatry Clinic is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to provide high-quality outpatient counseling services to clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional needs, using structured techniques and tools.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their goals and aspirations.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions that address a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and developing healthier relationship patterns.
• Continuously assess client progress and modify treatment plans appropriately to reflect evolving needs and goals.
• Maintain meticulous records including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories, ensuring they are both accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care.
• Champion self-care for both clients and yourself by providing resources, coping strategies, and wellness activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in therapy methodologies.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships, demonstrating empathy while maintaining adherence to ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will span various demographics, including children and adults, each facing unique challenges ranging from family dynamics to serious mental health conditions. Our clinic is dedicated to serving a diverse client population, and you will work with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. Qualifications

• An accredited Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and/or couples therapy effectively.
• A solid foundation in using therapeutic assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings or with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Prior experience documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Expertise in crisis intervention and addressing acute client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
