Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional needs, using structured techniques and tools.
  • Formulate individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their goals and aspirations.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions that address a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and developing healthier relationship patterns.
  • Continuously assess client progress and modify treatment plans appropriately to reflect evolving needs and goals.
  • Maintain meticulous records including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories, ensuring they are both accurate and up-to-date.

Compensation and Benefits
