Work Environment

This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional environment for client interactions. Our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub where mental health professionals share insights and strategies, albeit in a virtual context, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and cohesive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using our user-friendly online platform, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for discussion.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs, preferences, and goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and support to our clientele.
• Participate in supervisory sessions and team meetings to share experiences, strategies, and solutions that address client issues collectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from children to adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet culturally specific needs and personal circumstances. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor, including but not limited to LMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a genuine passion for providing high-quality therapeutic services.
• Proven capacity to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering individual therapy in a virtual setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging technology for effective client communication and record-keeping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to empathize and engage with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The position comes with a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting the importance of your contributions to our clients and organization.
