Position Overview

Radiant Mind Healing Hub is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and available resources, enabling informed treatment planning.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, adjusting strategies based on therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care integration for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and implementing safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain diligent documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support group sessions to enhance client engagement and benefit overall therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each seeking support for a range of mental health and relational issues. Your role as an LMFT will be to create an inclusive space that respects and addresses these varied experiences, aligning therapy with their specific cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of practice.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in clinical settings, preferably in outpatient facilities or community health settings.
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques that address a wide array of mental health conditions, including trauma and anxiety disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
