Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions via our online platform, utilizing the latest telehealth technologies to engage clients effectively.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment approaches as needed, ensuring each client receives tailored support.
• Document therapy sessions with precision, maintaining up-to-date client records that comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with other mental health professionals to provide holistic support and share resources that may benefit clients.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, therapeutic modalities, and regulatory requirements affecting mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required to ensure you have a robust foundation in mental health theory and practice.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Kansas is mandatory. This could include credentials such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood during their therapy experience.
• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
