The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to enhance our team. This remote role plays a critical part in providing mental health support through individual and group counseling, working with diverse populations to facilitate healing and growth. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a focus on work-life balanceโ€”an essential foundation of our organizational values. Employees can choose between flexible work schedules with 4x10 or 5x8 shift options that align with operational hours from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. As part of this team, youโ€™ll collaborate closely with professionals across multiple disciplines to deliver tailored treatment plans to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a spectrum of mental health challenges.
  • Interview clients to obtain and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health data to inform treatment.
  • Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, developing targeted treatment plans based on findings.
  • Monitor progress and facilitate adaptations to treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Establish rapport with clients through a partnership model that promotes mutual respect and trust.
  • Document clinical notes and treatment plans thoroughly in client records to maintain compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring that documentation is reflective of the therapeutic interventions provided.
  • Coordinate with community resources for additional support services as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging mental health trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Marriage and Family Wellness Hub, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to provide integrated care that meets the emotional and social needs of our clients, encouraging them towards healthier lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
