Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Blissful Balance Hub, you will take on an array of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address individual student issues effectively.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, engaging in case discussions and contributing to treatment strategies.
• Providing support and education to students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and practices to continually improve the quality of care provided to students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, providing support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related concerns. This client population requires not only therapeutic expertise but also empathy and patience to navigate the complexities of youth development.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in Illinois, demonstrating your professional qualifications.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services, to build on your foundational skills.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic interventions, showcasing your ability to facilitate meaningful change in clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
