We are looking for an experienced and dynamic senior search engine optimization (SEO) specialist to join our SEO department. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a key role partnering with internal stakeholders to improve our organic search presence while maintaining SEO best practices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective and sort them by level of importance.
  • Analyze website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics data to develop and drive strategies to improve indexation and organic growth.
  • Spearhead keyword research aligned with business objectives to optimize existing content performance and identify strategic growth opportunities across traditional and generative AI search.
  • Own content development strategy in alignment with SEO and monetization goals, delivering advanced-level recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Direct the prioritization and implementation of all SEO related tasks in conjunction with project managers and developers.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in SEO, AI discovery, social media and internet marketing to proactively inform strategic direction.
  • Oversee monthly performance reporting and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders on strategic developments, initiatives, and implementation progress.
  • Continue to learn and develop SEO skills and stay at the forefront of industry best practices.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist.
  • Advanced knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of crawling tools, like Screaming Frog.
  • Knowledge of performance tracking tools like Debugbear (Gtmetrix or PageSpeedTest alternatives) and Core Web Vitals.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver with a strong passion for SEO.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Haves:

  • Direct experience optimizing AI visibility and leveraging AI/LLM tools to scale and automate SEO workflows.
  • Proven track record working on large-scale or international websites.
  • Experience with Looker.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript rendering.
  • Experience using Python for large-scale data manipulation and SEO automation.
