Remote Client Support & Benefits Coordinator - Florida Residents

The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding its remote client services team and is currently interviewing Florida-based candidates interested in a long-term growth opportunity within the benefits and financial services industry.

Selected candidates receive access to guided onboarding, virtual training resources, mentorship, and ongoing coaching designed to help individuals develop confidence in a professional remote environment.

About The Opportunity

Our organization works with union and association members who request information about available benefit programs. Team members connect with clients virtually, answer questions, review available coverage options, and assist families through the enrollment process when appropriate.

This position is fully remote and structured around scheduled virtual appointments.
