• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that reflect best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain and promptly document client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Actively engage in professional development through continued education opportunities, including attending conferences and networking events, to stay informed on best practices within mental health care.
• Serve as a key liaison with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance resource availability and partnership development.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and enhancing organizational credibility.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the community, working to cultivate productive partnerships that support our mission and enhance service delivery.
• Address other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals and client needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brighter Soul Counseling, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use, and developmental disabilities. Your expertise in individualized therapy will be fundamental in helping these clients navigate their unique recovery journeys, fostering healing and resilience.

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.
• Current Independent LMHC License.

• Experience working in telehealth settings, particularly in remote mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and client-centered therapeutic approaches.
• Background in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for diverse populations.

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
