As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brighter Soul Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
• Keeping accurate and timely documentation that meets all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Engaging actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our organization's standards.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to promote the agency's mission within the community.
• Identifying and building partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance program outreach and secure new funding opportunities.
• Pursuing ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
• Promoting and embodying the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our clients and the agency.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and those living with developmental disabilities. Clients may range from adolescents to adults, and our approach is heavily focused on building trust and empowering them in their journeys towards recovery and wellness.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary:
