Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals interested in assisting clients with hotel accommodations, reservations, and vacation planning. The Hotel Reservations Support Specialist works remotely to research lodging options, coordinate reservation details, and provide personalized support throughout the planning and booking process.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong organizational and communication skills, and are comfortable learning online reservation systems and industry resources. Training and resources are provided to help individuals develop the knowledge needed to assist clients with hotels, resorts, and other vacation-related services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Research hotels, resorts, and accommodation options based on client preferences and needs
  • Assist clients with availability, reservation options, and booking details
  • Coordinate accommodations and related vacation components when requested
  • Review reservation information for accuracy prior to confirmation
  • Communicate professionally with clients throughout the planning and booking process
  • Assist with reservation updates, changes, and general questions
