  • Facilitate weekly and bi‑weekly project meetings; drive accountability for milestones, deliverables, and corrective actions
  • Identify, document, and resolve risks and issues; lead problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution sessions
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges and executive stakeholder communications
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting on progress, risks, financials, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Services, Sales, and Engineering to align delivery schedules and client outcomes
  • Improve and standardize delivery processes, tools, and documentation across implementation teams

  • Support portfolio‑level initiatives and partner with Program Management leadership on continuous improvement efforts

Skills Needed to Be Successful
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong project financial management skills, including budget ownership and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated success influencing outcomes with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders
  • Advanced problem‑solving, analytical, and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communications
  • Ability to lead distributed, cross‑functional teams with accountability and urgency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools

Required Experience & Education

  • Hands‑on experience managing EMR‑related projects
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for managing projects

Preferred Experience & Education
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, or health system environments, including use of AI components for project management
  • Experience managing LIMS or laboratory system implementations
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Kantata
  • Previous experience in healthcare, hospital or health system environments

Supervisory Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • Work performed in a normal or remote office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Travel to client sites that may pose risks associated with healthcare environments
  • May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements
