• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients, developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and solution-focused methods. You will guide clients and their families through emotional, psychological, and social challenges during their hospice experience.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other relevant modalities. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to navigate their grief, anxiety, and other emotional responses to their illness.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Your diligence will ensure the confidentiality and professionalism of our services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and mental health professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses both the medical and emotional needs of each patient.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care. Your commitment to professional development will help keep our practices at the forefront of the industry.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, equipping them with essential tools to cope with the challenges they face.

In this role, you will be working primarily with terminally ill individuals and their families. Our patient population requires empathetic support and psychosocial intervention as they navigate complex emotions surrounding end-of-life care. You will play a crucial role in reducing anxiety and enhancing the emotional well-being of clients during their final days.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your academic commitment and preparedness for clinical practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), affirming your professional competence and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques that enable you to tailor interventions to the individual needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating deep connections with clients and fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address challenges that may arise while providing care.
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• At least 2 years of experience in a related clinical setting, preferably working with patients in hospice or palliative care environments.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care practices and an understanding of the unique psychosocial needs of terminally ill clients and their families would be beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
