As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing key customer accounts and driving business growth within your territory. You will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and strategic planning. You'll work remotely across one of Honeywell's Northeast, Southeast, or Southwest territories. 

We are considering remote candidates located across the U.S in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. 

In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market presence and revenue by effectively managing major accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in account management with a strong track record of managing and growing key customer accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Expertise in developing and executing account plans to meet sales targets and business objectives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Familiarity with Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) and related technologies is highly desirable, especially with a focus on communication protocols, networking and cloud based software applications.
