This position is primarily remote, empowering you to work from home while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. You will collaborate with a diverse and multidisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, who are all dedicated to providing integrated care. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations utilizing standardized assessment tools to pinpoint clients' mental health needs, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare providers, ensuring coordinated and holistic care through regular case consultations and treatment meetings.
• Deliver crisis intervention when clients are in acute distress, employing proven techniques to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, including workshops and educational sessions, to destigmatize mental health issues and promote overall wellness.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client cohort consisting of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This exposure will enhance your clinical experience and cultural competence while allowing you to make a significant difference in the lives of those facing mental health challenges. • A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), allowing independent practice.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence with a sensitivity to the unique needs of individuals from various backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail, ensuring precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Candidates with direct experience serving diverse populations or in community mental health settings will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital documentation methods is advantageous.

The salary range for this position is competitive, typically between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
